If you have a choice please create your artwork on a macintosh and supply us with a quark xpress document, other programs are likely to incur extra charges for file preparation. All files can be supplied to us via e-mail or alternatively sent in on disk.
We need a print out for a guide in all cases in colour. If you are in any doubt please contact us.

Digital Artwork Preparation for Storm Banner Stands.

The Storm Banner Stand will allow replacement graphic panels. The graphic is gripped by top and bottom eyelets which will encroach on approximately 25mm of the visual area at 40mm centre points from each corner please ensure that your design allows for this.

To create suitable artwork for Storm Banner stands, please follow the guidelines below:

Actual size of the standard banner visual area is 1800 x 620mm. Please check your order!

Create artwork at 50% of actual size i.e.; 900 x 310mm wide All files must be CMYK.
1. Create a single page document in Quark Xpress at 50% of finished size
2. Include all used fonts including those used in Logo’s and eps files.
3. All Illustrator eps fonts to “outlines”.
4. All Scans should be placed in the 50% document.
5. All scans should be saved as a single file document (DCS off).
6. Please supply a colour proof with your disk. We cannot guarantee the appearance of your panels without a visual reference

We can accept files on CD-rom and Iomega 100mb Zip Disks or via ADSL  Email and FTP Click For Help

It is your responsibility to supply a printed proof of all panels for checking. Errors may arise from PDF and Jpeg images for which we will not be held responsible.
