Q: Can I View Products Before Purchase?
A: You're welcome to visit our showroom in Hampshire to see our products first-hand. Please call us in advance to schedule your visit. Note that we cannot offer sales or returns on business-to-business transactions, as most products are made to order or customised. Contact: 01256 768178.

Q: What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
A: We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Payments can be made over the phone or online via our website.

Q: Can I Pay via Invoice and Bank Transfer?
A: Yes, you can. Once an invoice is generated (online, by phone, or email), our bank details will be included on the invoice for your convenience.

Q: What is Your Cancellation/Return Policy?

Q: How Should I Supply Artwork?
A: We're here to assist with your artwork needs. We offer templates and can register designers in our database for customer referrals. For optimal results, supply artwork as an EPS or PDF file, and consider a test print. Artwork should be half output size at 300dpi, in CMYK format, with text converted to curves or outlines. Q: Do You Provide Artwork Templates?
A: Yes, each product has a PDF data sheet on its webpage with relevant artwork information. Artwork sizes are also often included on your invoice.

Q: Where Should I Send My Artwork?

Q: What is the Delivery Timeline?
A: We typically dispatch for next-day delivery on orders placed before 1 pm. Production times vary by product and will be confirmed when placing your order.

Q: Can Delivery Times Be Guaranteed?
A: We can commit to dispatching orders by a specific day. However, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of overnight carriers.

Q: How Will I Know When My Order is Delivered?
A: You will receive a tracking number by email. Deliveries are usually made by next-day carriers between 8.00 am and 6 pm. Morning or same-day deliveries are available at an additional cost.

Q: What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
A: All orders are insured. If you receive a damaged package, please sign it as 'damaged' and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
